Our team is growing again, as we welcome Laura to Mariner Insurance

We're pleased to introduce Laura Gudsell, our latest addition to the Mariner crew. With a great love for the outdoors and a solid background in customer support, Laura brings valuable expertise to the Mariner team.

Hailing from Southland, Laura's formative years were spent engaging in boating, kayaking, and fishing activities with her family in the serene surroundings of Glenorchy, making it her favourite spot in New Zealand. She has also enjoyed off-the-grid experiences on Ruapuke Island, where her grandparents maintain a residence on their whanau land.

Alongside her young family, Laura enjoys quality time outdoors with bush walks and beach adventures. Whenever possible, they escape to Queenstown for a refreshing break, relishing the stunning landscapes.

Laura has joined Mariner in a customer support role, bringing a wealth of experience from her time in retail management and two years at AMI Insurance as a Customer Service Officer looking after claims and underwriting.

As she says, "I'm loving being back in the insurance world and the Mariner crew is such an awesome team to be a part of, super supportive!"
